Blue Streak has been essential to this firm’s bankruptcy practice. The bankruptcy trustees here require copies of all deeds, deeds of trust, judgment liens, and prior homestead deeds for each debtor. We are not a big enough firm to send runners to all of the various county and city courthouses to get these documents. Blue Streak gets them for us, reliably and in a timely manner.

Our biggest problems with our past vendors have been pretty much the exact 3 things you mentioned. Pricing, and the lack of transparency regarding pricing (some of our vendors do not provide notice when the quote exceeds the normal expected pricing; sometimes they will bill for and send us non-pertinent pages, despite our requests), communication (repeated requests for corrections, ETA statuses, etc. are often ignored), and turn-times were starting to become excessive and unreliable right before we started to look for new resources. Our experience with Blue Streak in those areas so far has been excellent however.
