Our biggest problems with our past vendors have been pretty much the exact 3 things you mentioned. Pricing, and the lack of transparency regarding pricing (some of our vendors do not provide notice when the quote exceeds the normal expected pricing; sometimes they will bill for and send us non-pertinent pages, despite our requests), communication (repeated requests for corrections, ETA statuses, etc. are often ignored), and turn-times were starting to become excessive and unreliable right before we started to look for new resources. Our experience with Blue Streak in those areas so far has been excellent however.

As I think I have mentioned on our calls, we are very happy with the partnership we have with your team. I know you prioritize quality, and that shows by the low number of client inquiries we receive about the orders you do for us. I understand sometimes you even have to kick orders back to your vendors before we even see them, so that we don’t receive incomplete/incorrect searches. I realize that is likely a huge amount of additional work on your end, but that’s what spares us client reviews and possibly even claims, so we’re extremely grateful for the diligence on that end. BSD is a great company to work with. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. Cassie Olson in particular has been of great assistance recently, not just with daily order coordination, but also in referring me to Patti to get an undeposited check voided and reissued.
