Just wanted to let you know how much we depend upon Mike and Merry. Even when a client is determining if they want a Property Report and ask a question we have no clue how to answer, we can depend on Mike and Merry to give us an educated, concise response to the question asked. Both Merry and Mike educate us on a daily basis. We appreciate them and are grateful they are assigned to our team. BSD is the best.
I appreciate you being my “go-to” person at Blue Streak Docs. You definitely make this business of due dates & deadlines a much less stressful endeavor. Other first-line communicators in other companies could sure take a lesson from your approach and professionalism when communicating and working with vendors.
I have been very happy with the service that Blue Streak Docs has provided over the last several months. We used to have one or two MD Document retrievers, but they moved on to other industries. Now we are exclusively using Blue Streak Docs for all of our MD Doc Retrieval requests. It’s a pleasure to talk to or correspond with any of the many employees that I have interfaced with over the years we’ve been doing business together. As for Jaime Padgett. She is the one the I currently interface with most often. So I know first hand that she fits the bill re: being knowledgeable and friendly. And she is multi-faceted…she takes care of payment issues (if there are any), keeps track of all of my open orders, answers any questions that I might have about any given order. In other words, I can depend on her to have all the answers and to be personable during all interchanges. Glad to be a part of the Blue Streak family.

Blue Steak Docs has been a good company to work for. Payments are timely; vendor reps are knowledgeable as to the documents/information required. E-mails are answered with the complete information provided. No problems at this end. Hopefully, this relationship will continue for some time as we have been with this company throughout its history.

Right now I have work from BSD up to my eyeballs! So happy to have all the work, especially during the pandemic. I have no complaints. I like everyone I have contact with, mostly with Amanda at this time. I think communication between us is reasonable. Too much gets in the way of work and too little causes problems for everybody.
