I know you prioritize quality, and that shows by the low number of client inquiries we receive about the orders you do for us. I understand sometimes you even have to kick orders back to your vendors before we even see them, so that we don’t receive incomplete/incorrect searches. I realize that is likely a huge amount of additional work on your end, but that’s what spares us client reviews and possibly even claims, so we’re extremely grateful for the diligence on that end.
