Document Retrieval For the Hawaii Mortgage Industry

With over a decade of experience, we’ve assembled a network of searchers that can find public records anywhere in Hawaii. From property liens to mortgages and deeds, we’ll track down what you need with lightning-fast speed and accuracy!

No matter the type of document, we can provide copies of what we find or certified documents. However, if photocopies aren’t necessary, we’ll just report on the information we discover during our search.

How Long Does Hawaii Document Retrieval Take?

Blue Streak Docs can complete most document requests in 24 hours. Although, if you need documents in a more remote part of Hawaii that we don’t go to often, it might take longer. We’ll keep you to date with the status of your request, and you can also contact our in-house staff with any questions!

Hawaii Deed Search

Tracking down a deed may seem quick, but why waste your time on it? Blue Streak Docs offers reliable deed searches in Hawaii. Working with our team of document retrieval experts ensures everything is handled for you – from start to finish!

All we need to start is the property’s address, the county property is located, or the name(s) of the grantor or grantee. Leave the rest to us!

Civil Court Case Record Retrieval in Hawaii

In addition to the above, Blue Streak Docs also specializes in retrieving documents from civil court case files.

Documents we’ve searched for in the past include:

  • Foreclosures
  • Bankruptcy cases
  • Wills
  • Death certificates
  • List of heirs
  • Divorce cases

To access the documents you need, we ask that you provide us with names or a range of years to search for. If you have a specific case number, even better! Having this information will reduce the time it takes to find your documents.

How Long Does Civil Court Record Retrieval Take?

In many cases, we can turn around court documents in 48 hours. However, if the file needs to be pulled from storage, the process may take a bit longer. The case being in mediation or the judge’s chamber might also cause delays.

If this is the situation, our network of searchers will regularly check to see when your documents will be available.

Hawaii UCC Search

A UCC, or Uniform Commercial Code, is a set of rules used to govern business transactions. These filings are recorded at the county recorder’s office or the state level with Hawaii’s Secretary of State.

Blue Streak Docs provides UCC filing and lien searches in Hawaii. For a UCC search, all we need from you is the debtor’s name or the date of the transaction or recording. If possible, having the name of the secured party is also useful.

Our Hawaii UCC search report will include the following information:

  • Name of the debtor
  • Name of any secured parties
  • Date of recording
  • Date of transaction
  • Continuances and terminations

Photocopies of this information are available per client request.
