California Document Retrieval Services

We've specialized in document retrieval services throughout California (and the entire United States) for over a decade. Our years of experience allowed us to streamline the process from start to finish so we can provide you with fast, accurate results. Plus, our network of thousands of searchers means we're able to physically retrieve documents from every single county in California.

We offer deed searches, civil court case record retrieval, and UCC searches throughout California. Here's what each service includes.

Document Retrieval for the California Mortgage Industry

As document retrieval experts, we know these services are more important than ever for mortgage industry professionals. We'll search through public records in any of California's 58 counties to find your missing documents.

Whether you need a mortgage from Los Angeles County, a deed from Orange County, or a property lien from San Bernardino County, we'll get you exactly what you need! If required, we can provide photocopies or court-certified copies of the documents you requested.

How Long Do Document Retrieval Services Take in California?

Most document requests can be completed and returned within 24 hours. However, if you need records from a more rural county that our network of searchers doesn't go to often, it could take more time.

California Deed Search

We conduct deed searches throughout California. While we can find and locate deeds, we know that you might also be looking for other conveyance documents on a certain property. We can search for any mortgages/deeds of trusts or releases within a specific time frame.

All we need from you to start searching for a deed in California is the name(s) of the grantor or grantee, the property's address, and the county the property is located.

It might seem easy to search through public records yourself to find the deed, but why waste your precious time on it? Our reliable and affordable deed search services ensure everything is handled from start to finish. Plus, our document retrieval experts are always available for questions along the way!

Document Retrieval for Civil Matters in the State of California

Blue Streak Docs also specializes in retrieving documents from civil court case files.

These include everything from:

  • Foreclosures
  • Divorce cases
  • Death certificates
  • List of heirs
  • Wills
  • Foreclosures
  • Bankruptcy cases

To start this document retrieval process, you'll need to supply us with names, a range of years to search for, or a specific case number. Of course, having the case number drastically reduces the amount of time it takes for us to locate and retrieve the documents.

How Long Does California Court Case Document Retrieval Take?

We can turn around most documents within 48 hours, though there are a few factors that affect how long this actually takes.

Civil court case document retrieval could take longer if we need to order the file from storage or if the case is in mediation or the judge's chambers. If your record requires some kind of special order or lengthy process, our searches will continuously check on the status of each request. You'll always be kept up to date on the progress of your order!

California UCC Search

We also conduct California UCC searches at both the state and county levels. If the property in question has any liens, terminations, or continuations, we'll let you know.

To start a UCC filing search, all you need to send to us is the name of the debtor and the location of the property. If you have additional information, such as the name of the secured party or the approximate date of the transaction or recording, it's beneficial to include it.

At Blue Streak Docs, we want to tailor each search to your specific needs. We can provide the full recording details in an easy-to-read report as well as include copies of the documents. Whether you need one UCC search or thousands, our network of experienced searchers can get you the documents you need!

California - Economics

California has an enormously productive economy, which for a nation would be one of the ten largest in the world. Although agriculture is gradually yielding to industry as the core of the state’s economy, California leads the nation in the production of fruits and vegetables, including carrots, lettuce, onions, broccoli, tomatoes, strawberries, and almonds. The state’s most valuable crops are grapes, cotton, flowers, and oranges; dairy products, however, contribute the single largest share of farm income, and California is again the national leader in this sector. The state also produces the major share of U.S. domestic wine.

Many high-tech companies and small low-tech, often low-wage, companies remain in S California, in what is said to be the largest manufacturing belt in the United States. Farther north, “Silicon Valley,” between Palo Alto and San Jose, so called because it is the nation’s leading producer of semiconductors, is also a focus of software development.

California continues to be a major U.S. center for motion-picture, television film, and related entertainment industries, especially in Hollywood and Burbank. Tourism also is an important source of income. Disneyland, Sea World, and other theme parks draw millions of visitors each year, as do San Francisco with its numerous attractions and several entertainment-dominated Los Angeles – area communities.
