JOB PURPOSE:

The Order Management/customer service Specialist receives and manages client orders, from creating uniform requests and sending assignments to vendors to handling all communication between all parties to ensure orders are completed in a timely and professional manner.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Receive and interpret client orders and create uniform requests to send to vendors
  • Use our internal system to send and receive orders and manage communication between clients and vendors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must type 50wpm
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical approach to handling multiple types of orders
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to learn computer programs quickly
  • NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED—We have a full training program.
