The Order Management/customer service Specialist receives and manages client orders, from creating uniform requests and sending assignments to vendors to handling all communication between all parties to ensure orders are completed in a timely and professional manner.
JOB DUTIES:
- Receive and interpret client orders and create uniform requests to send to vendors
- Use our internal system to send and receive orders and manage communication between clients and vendors.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must type 50wpm
- Attention to detail
- Analytical approach to handling multiple types of orders
- Customer service skills
- Ability to learn computer programs quickly
- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED—We have a full training program.
