We stumbled across Blue Streak and they have totally changed everything. Their knowledge of each State recording guidelines is unreal and their processing is amazing. You get updated email status as to each of your recordings and they will make changes to the document with your approval to insure it will get recorded. Also, they are extremely responsive with clients. I wish they were around when i started doing this because I would have saved a lot of stress LOL. I would definitely recommend them and know you won’t be disappointed.

I know you prioritize quality, and that shows by the low number of client inquiries we receive about the orders you do for us. I understand sometimes you even have to kick orders back to your vendors before we even see them, so that we don’t receive incomplete/incorrect searches. Bluestreak has been essential to this firm’s bankruptcy practice. The bankruptcy trustees here require copies of all deeds, deeds of trust, judgment liens, and prior homestead deeds for each debtor. We are not a big enough firm to send runners to all of the various county and city courthouses to get these documents. Blue Streak gets them for us, reliably and in a timely manner.
