eRecording means recording your documents with the county electronically instead of mailing in or in person delivery.  We can electronically submit your document to the clerk within 24 hours of receiving it from you, eliminating our shipping costs so that we can pass along that savings to you.  We will notify you once it has been submitted and if there are any county delays. 

Compared to mail-in document recording services, the only difference for you (besides saving time and money!) will be making out the recording fee and tax checks to Blue Streak Docs instead of the county recorder's office. We'll take care of the rest and you will have proof of recording as soon as we are notified by the clerk!
